1)<\/strong> Once you\u2019ve purchased the Feeds for YouTube plugin, click on the \u201cDownloads<\/strong><\/a>\u201d tab to download the plugin. Your download link, license key, and purchase information are also emailed to you at the address which you provided during checkout.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> Once you\u2019ve downloaded the .zip file, there\u2019s no need to open it. You\u2019ll be uploading and installing this .zip file directly to WordPress.<\/p>\n

\n

Please note, if you\u2019re using Safari:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The .zip file will be automatically extracted after downloading it. You can disable this feature by navigating to Safari > Preferences > General > Deselect the box with the text \u201cOpen safe files after downloading<\/strong>\u201c. After that, the plugin will now download as a .zip file and can be uploaded directly to WordPress.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3)<\/strong> If you are using the Free version of the WordPress plugin, then be sure to deactivate<\/strong> it prior to installing the Pro version. After installing the Pro version, the free version can be deleted.<\/p>\n

Note: To transfer your settings from the Free version to the Pro version do the following:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Check the \u2018Preserve Settings if plugin is removed\u2019<\/strong> setting, which can be found in the following location in WordPress: Feed for YouTube > Settings. \"Preserve<\/picture><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

4) <\/strong>To upload the plugin click Add New<\/strong> at the top of your WordPress Plugins page.<\/p>\n

5)<\/strong> Click Upload<\/strong> at the top.<\/p>\n

6)<\/strong> Browse to the zip file which you downloaded when you purchased the plugin and click Install Now<\/strong><\/p>\n

7)<\/strong> Activate the plugin.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

8)<\/strong> You\u2019ll now see the YouTube Feed menu appear in your WordPress menu. Click on it and navigate to Settings<\/strong> to enter your license key.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

9)<\/strong> Paste your license key into the field and click the Activate <\/strong>button (It may take a few clicks before it shows Active<\/em>). Then click the Save Changes<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

10)<\/strong> Click on All Feeds<\/strong> and then click on the button labeled Add new.<\/strong><\/p>\n

11)<\/strong> Select your Feed Type, then click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n

12)<\/strong> Enter your YouTube API key, then click Next.<\/strong><\/p>\n
