Here is a list of possible reasons media are not displaying:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) You have the &#8220;free&#8221; version installed and activated.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Navigate to your &#8220;Plugins&#8221; page and see which version of the plugin is activated. The &#8220;free&#8221; version is titled &#8220;Custom Twitter Feeds&#8221; while the &#8220;Pro&#8221; version is titled &#8220;Custom Twitter Feeds Pro&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Media are excluded on the Settings page.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Navigate to the feed settings &gt; Tweets &gt; Edit Individual Elements &gt; make sure the option <strong>Media (images, videos, GIFs)<\/strong>\u00a0is checked.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/smashballoon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2022-03-28_08-42-05.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1226700\" src=\"https:\/\/smashballoon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2022-03-28_08-42-05.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"404\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smashballoon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2022-03-28_08-42-05.png 900w, https:\/\/smashballoon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2022-03-28_08-42-05-300x135.png 300w, https:\/\/smashballoon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2022-03-28_08-42-05-768x345.png 768w, https:\/\/smashballoon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2022-03-28_08-42-05-240x108.png 240w, https:\/\/smashballoon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2022-03-28_08-42-05-732x329.png 732w, https:\/\/smashballoon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2022-03-28_08-42-05-382x171.png 382w, https:\/\/smashballoon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/2022-03-28_08-42-05-591x265.png 591w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>3)\u00a0An add-on or extension in your web browser is blocking the images<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You may have an add-on or extension you have installed in your web browser (often Firefox) that is blocking the photos being loaded from Facebook. Try checking to see whether you have any add-ons or extensions installed in your browser and, if so, try disabling them to see whether that solves the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Another possible reason for images not being displayed is if you\u2019re browsing using Firefox\u2019s <strong>&#8220;Private Browsing&#8221;<\/strong> mode and have &#8220;Tracking Protection&#8221; enabled in the settings.
